Hello! My name is Erin, and I’m your photographer.
I started my career as a portrait and event photographer as a teenager in Northwest Washington.
My eye for events developed early, volunteering with my family at community service gatherings. I saw firsthand how much impact these moments—and the people behind them—had, yet so often, their emotional weight wasn’t reflected in the photos shared publicly.
A passion for portraits soon followed. As a high school junior, I noticed how stiff and posed my friends looked in their senior photos—so different from the way they actually were. I wanted to capture the expressions, laughter, and personalities that emerged when people felt comfortable just being themselves.
Nearly two decades later, that passion still drives me. I use photography to help people and organizations celebrate authenticity.
My style leans toward documentary and lifestyle photography, using minimal equipment to keep sessions natural and unobtrusive. I love collaborating with clients to create images that feel honest, effortless, and true to the moment.
I’m always open to new ideas and creative challenges — some of my favorite projects are ones I can’t include in my portfolio!
